Booking & Deposit
To confirm your booking we take a 10% deposit followed by a payment of 50% of the balance, 6 months prior to the date. The remaining balance is then due 1 month prior to the events. Please Note that these payments are non-refundable.
What is included?
On receipt of the balance we will schedule a site visit to discuss the event set up to include tent, table layout, decor, sound, flowers, food and alcohol.
Do you provide a bar and bar staff?
We have an excellent horse box bar that can be used by guests and can supply experienced bar staff if requested. And the good news is, we don’t charge corkage.

How long is the field available per booking?
The field is available for set up the day before your event and until noon the following day.
Do you provide any staff?
We provide two staff members on the day to manage the car parking as well as ensuring all the clearing and washing up is done for you. At the filed we like to recycle as much as possible and our staff will also happily manage this for you.
Are there any hidden costs?
All our prices include VAT with standard 10% fee applied to all third-party booking services. Any delivery charges are extra.
